REPINS –FAEMA tem por missão coletar, registrar, organizar, manter, preservar e prover acesso livre no formato online à produção acadêmica, científica e cultural da Faculdade de Educação e Meio Ambiente (FAEMA). O sistema visa apresentar e dar maior visibilidade à informação, colocando-a em um patamar integrado as redes de informações nacionais e internacionais, de forma inter-relacionada e de acordo com as normas internacionais de intercâmbio de dados bibliográficos. O conteúdo do REPINS - FAEMA está organizado no formato de Comunidades e Coleções. Nessa divisão, dependendo da necessidade de cada setor, podem-se alocar arquivos digitais nos mais diversos formatos: Artigos Científicos; Trabalhos de Conclusão de Curso; Dissertações; Teses; Relatórios Técnicos, Vídeos, Produção Artística, Documentos Institucionais, etc.
