Sciencepaper Online (www.paper.edu.cn) is the largest free platform for publishing and accessing science papers. Authorized by Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China, it is sponsored by Science and Technology Development Center of Ministry of Education. As the first open access repository, the first full-text preprints platforms in China and the world's first academic platform for online peer review, it was officially launched on October 15, 2003. It is an open access website in China, where research papers can be opened, browsed, downloaded for free, and until the end of 2018 it has hosted 1,300,000 open access full-text science papers over 43 subjects
