The main purpose of the IrVSPU is to accumulate, systematize and store in electronic form the intellectual product of university researchers, other electronic documents from the library's collections, which are not subject to copyright and related rights restrictions; to provide open access to them through Internet technologies, to disseminate these materials in the world scientific and educational community.
