El Repositorio Institucional Ciencia Abierta de la Universidad de La Frontera tiene como principal objetivo, ser una infraestructura tecnológica que permita resguardar y preservar el patrimonio científico de la Universidad. Este repositorio fue desarrollado utilizando software abierto Omeka-S y cumple con los estándares metadatos exigidos para una correcta interoperabilidad. Inicialmente está integrado por la colección Publicaciones Científicas, la que incorpora artículos de revistas científicas realizado por investigadores de nuestra universidad. Esperamos con el tiempo indexar otros tipos de recursos tales como proyectos, libros, objetos de aprendizaje u otros. El proyecto fue desarrollado con financiamiento de la Agencia Nacional de Investigación y Desarrollo(Chile). The main objective of the Open Science Institutional Repository of the University of La Frontera is to be a technological infrastructure that allows the protection and preservation of the scientific heritage of the University. This repository was developed using open software Omeka-S and complies with the metadata standards required for correct interoperability. Initially it is made up of the Scientific Publications collection, which incorporates articles from scientific journals made by researchers from our university. We hope over time to index other types of resources such as projects, books, learning objects or others. The project was developed with financing from the National Research and Development Agency (Chile). .
