Description

This is an institutional repository for Leeds Metropolitan University and comprises an Open Access research archive: A centralised store of LeedsMet research outputs that can be accessed free of charge by anyone and will increase the profile of LeedsMet and of the research carried out here. It will also include citation information of LeedsMet research though the intention is to provide full text access wherever possible. The Repository uses software called intraLibrary which is a very flexible repository platform that can be used to manage a wide range of digital materials in different ways. The Open Access research collection is one type of content but The Repository can also be used to store and, where appropriate, to share Reusable Learning Objects, digital assessment tools, student work including PhD theses and Masters Dissertations; any of the disparate digital assets generated by a modern university.
