The metadata (author, title etc.) for published or in press items, from 2010 onwards, is required for all publications, and the associated full texts for journal articles and conference proceedings where practical and if allowed by the publishers̵7; copyright agreements. The full version of other types of outputs is optional. Items should be deposited on an ongoing basis and not as an annual exercise.
