International Institute of MetaNumismatics (INIMEN)

INIMEN – International Institute of MetaNumismatics is an independent observatory focused on the critical analysis of numismatics in relation to emerging digital technologies. Its activities include the dissemination of open-access reports and theoretical contributions published via Zenodo. INIMEN addresses digital representation, metaverse, virtual heritage, artificial intelligence, and 3D modelling as they relate to the study of coins, monetary history, and the transmission of numismatic knowledge. Although it does not maintain a technical infrastructure for data deposit, INIMEN adheres to the principles of open science, ensuring long-term access to its research outputs through external platforms.
