Description

Turkish Librarianship is an official magazine published by the Turkish Librarians Association every three months and aimed at experts in science and academia, as well as students, who seek to analyse and express opinions about libraries in Turkey and across the world. The publication follows new developments closely with regards to issues of documentation, archiving and research of information and related scientific fields of practise. Turkish Librarianship strives to unite the various elements shared by libraries and their users, in Turkey and throughout the world, by emphasising the connections which exist between such institutions. Turkish Librarianship is published in March (1st Edition), June (2nd Edition), September (3rd Edition) and December (4th Edition) and contains unique works on practice and theory, translations, brief stories, analyses and debate essays, reader's letters, introduction and research essays, news and announcements of meetings.
