Born-digital and digitized theses and dissertations hosted by the Digital Library and Archives at Virginia Tech's University Libraries. Graduate Students have been required to submit their theses and dissertations online since Jan. 1, 1997. These are publicly available, except for some that temporarily have restricted access. Some bound these (completed since 1903) and some bound dissertations (completed since 1942) have been scanned and are available only to the university-community until the authors grant public access.
