Description
ROS (The Research Output Service) is Heriot-Watt University's System for the collection, preservation, and dissemination, in digital form, of the University's intellectual output. It is mandatory for any student who completes a doctoral thesis to submit a digital copy for inclusion in ROS. In addition, the metadata-only records of older theses are included in ROS. A project is underway concerning the storage in ROS of the University's research output.
