The purpose of ESIRC is to collect, preserve and share a range of artifacts related to teaching, scholarship and cultural events at Emporia State University with the wider scholarly community and public. ESIRC also serves to promote scholarly communication and collaborative opportunities among local and remote stakeholders in order to support the university’s core mission.
