CyberLeninka is a scientific electronic library, the main objectives of which is to promote science and research activities, public control of the quality of scientific publications and development of modern institute of scientific review. Scientific texts presented at the library, located on the Internet for free in the public domain and can be found as using popular search engines, and by means of full-text scientific research with the support of Russian morphology on the library website. Library users are given the opportunity to read scientific work with screen tablet, mobile phone and other advanced mobile devices.
