The Scholarly Forum is an electronic repository of the scholarship of the faculty and students of The University of Montana School of Law. The Scholarly Forum is the Law School’s showcase of the many facets of our commitment to scholarship including faculty publications, archives of the Montana Law Review and Public Land and Resources Law Review, student papers, and our annual conferences and institutes. We will be working on building the content of the repository over the next several months so that it will soon reflect the rich scholarly life of the Law School.
