The National Learning Service (SENA) was founded in 1957 is responsible to fulfill its role for the State to invest in technical and social development of Colombian workers, offering and carrying out comprehensive training for the incorporation and development of people in productive activities that contribute to social, economic and technological development of the country (Act 119 of 1994). SENA has 116 training centers and 90 libraries. During the 57 year history of education in Colombia has produced great content material which have been results of research, teaching aids in various formats and national and international agreements that extend to all regions and municipalities. To ensure visibility of all this intellectual production of both historical and current entity, has implemented the Institutional Repository of the Seine in 2014 to establish itself as a portal that allows open access to information access and preservation according to standards international.
