LIRE — Libre Inventaire de la Recherche et de l’Excellence — is the institutional repository of Bernadette Muleka Muleka (BMU), a fully online university in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Built on DSpace, LIRE preserves, organizes, disseminates, and promotes the scholarly, pedagogical, and institutional output of UBM. The repository supports open access to knowledge and contributes to greater visibility for African academic production.
