FRELIP (Free eLibrary Portal) is a free, open-access discovery service that aggregates and indexes African electronic theses and dissertations plus open-access scholarly content from multiple institutional repositories and journals. It exposes roughly 135,000 records (including ~89,600 theses from the universities of Cape Town, Stellenbosch, Pretoria, KNUST and the American University in Cairo) through a unified VuFind/Solr search with an OAI-PMH provider, linking users to full text at the source. Born in Nigeria, built for African scholarship.
